Welcome to our event planning process!



First, we’ll connect with you after you have viewed our pricing to gather essential information regarding your event through our brochure selections. Once we have a general understanding of your needs, we’ll create a custom proposal for you. Don’t worry if not all details are finalized; we can accommodate changes as close as two weeks before your event! After you sign the proposal and pay a 50% deposit, we’ll handle staffing your event and send you a comprehensive file with a recommendation cheat sheet, call scheduler, and a week-of details. All you need to do is schedule a call within a month of your event date, and then you can relax! During the call, we’ll review all prior details and any updates. Plus, our FULL SERVICE clients enjoy a complimentary alcohol calculator for their alcohol purchases from Fine Wine & Good Spirits.

As for the day of your event, our trained staff will arrive with ample setup time and create a well organized bar scape. We pride ourselves on being able to remedy any unforeseen timeline shifts seamlessly while engaging with our guests in a friendly manner throughout event. Prior to leaving, our staff will sort our clients materials for easy returns and transports as well as follow all venues duties & policies
